HAN, 14th Aug 2017 - With the aim to enhance the administration ability of the workforce, NCS has cooperated with Pace Business School to organize "Administration competence for managers" and "Leadership development" courses.
The first course is designed for mid-level supervisors and the second one is specifically for units’ heads and leaders.
The training program combines academic lectures with group practical activities. Through these courses, attenders could acknowledge the principle and procedure of effective work allocation, workforce KPIs evaluation and development plan, staff motivation method, etc. Besides, officials at all levels could be able to improve their knowledge in strategic management mindset, innovation management and other leaders’ necessary skills.
