Recently, NCS has received “ANA Overseas Best Caterer Award FY2018” award from the 5-star Skytrax Japanese Airlines – All Nippon Airways (ANA). Moreover, it is the second consecutive year that NCS has received such a prestigious award from this Airlines.
Mr. Hara Yuzo – ANA Execute Vice President grants the Gold Prize to the best caterer of the year 2018 - NCS
This award is to “recognize, commemorate and award its partner caterers who have shown overall remarkable and excellent performances in terms of Quality in such as Hygiene, Taste, and Operations of In-flight Meal as well as Handling and Loading”, which can be perceived that the whole service chain of the caterer has to be sustainably perfect to always keep the top-notch quality to our clients. This is the daily uncompromising mission for every NCS’ individuals to thoroughly deliver and secure the catering service at the strictest level to not only guarantee our International Airlines customers’ standard but also rebrand NCS’ profile as a prestigious Vietnamese In-flight Caterer.
Presenting at the ceremony, Mr. Hara Yuzo - ANA Execute Vice President appreciated the NCS’s efforts regarding the Inflight meal hygienic conditions alongside the quality provision and assurance. “The on-board catering service is one of the most important aspects to us, and the ANA Catering Quality - ACQP is also an evaluation method to keep improving services quality including food hygiene and safety criteria. In the evaluation process, we highly appreciate NCS’ cooperation in developing catering products in line with the principles and orientations of All Nippon Airways.” - said Mr. Hara.
Mr. Shiga Yasuyuki - ANA Hanoi Station Manager also expressed his appreciation for this NCS’s achievement. “NCS is always close to All Nippon Airways to bring comfort to our passengers and your professional and enthusiastic coordination play a significant role to achieve our mutual success”. In addition, he indicates his desire to further strengthen the cooperative relationship between ANA and NCS in improving competitiveness to bring the best Inflight services to passengers.
