Noibai Catering Services receives “Hygiene Quality Award of JAL Caterer of the Year, FY2018” from Japan Airlines

On November 7, 2019, Noibai Catering Services – NCS has received the "Hygiene Quality Award of JAL Caterer of the Year, FY2018", which recognizes the outstanding efforts of NCS over five consecutive years of receiving such prestigious awards from 5-star Skytrax Japanese Freighter – Japan Airlines!

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tetsuya Onuki - Japan Airlines Managing Executive Officer - was impressed with the application and maintenance of 5S activities of NCS, he said: “We, Japan Airlines, would like to be a No.1 global airline with high quality service. So, your continuous support would be highly appreciated” - He affirmed the importance of NCS's efforts in co-operating side by side with Japan Airlines to serve passengers with the best products and services.

Mr. Tran Thanh Son – NCS General Director thanked Japan Airlines for their award and trust towards NCS. He also reaffirmed the importance as well as the vital factor of an Inflight caterer that lies in the standard of food hygiene and safety “because of the serious impact on the health, safety and risks of diners. Therefore, food hygiene is the top priority in our service commitments ”- he said.
